(Also known as Wireless Rotary Torque Sensor / Non-Contact Torque Transmitter)

Wireless Rotary Torque Transducer is a high-precision torque-sensing device engineered for real-time measurement of dynamic torque on rotating tools, machinery, and fastening equipment. It uses advanced strain-gauge technology and a robust signal-processing system to deliver accurate, stable torque data even under high-speed or impact conditions. The wireless transmission design eliminates the need for cables, allowing easier installation, reduced maintenance, and complete freedom of movement for rotating applications such as impact wrenches, pulse tools, assembly machines, and robotic systems. Its durable housing and shock-resistant structure ensure reliable performance in harsh industrial environments, including vibration, heavy loads, and continuous operation. Lightweight construction and balanced design help maintain natural tool handling while providing dependable measurement accuracy. The Wireless Rotary Torque Transducer is ideal for smart manufacturing, automotive assembly, machinery production, and quality inspection, where real-time torque monitoring, traceability, improved process control, and enhanced productivity are critical for achieving consistent, reliable fastening results.

Working Principle

  1. Strain Measurement:
A strain gauge bridge is bonded to the rotating shaft or torque-sensing element.
As torque is applied, the shaft twists slightly, changing the electrical resistance of the strain gauges.

  2. Signal Conditioning:
The signal is amplified and converted into a digital torque signal by onboard electronics mounted on the rotating element.

  3. Wireless Data Transmission:
The conditioned torque signal is transmitted wirelessly to a stationary receiver (via RF 2.4G link or BT Bluetooth), eliminating the need for slip rings or wires.

  4. Data Output:
The receiver outputs standard analog or digital signals to external data systems, controllers, or MES networks.

Key Features

  • Fully Wireless Operation:
Contactless power and data transmission — no wear-prone slip rings or brushes.

  • High Accuracy:
Typical measurement accuracy of ±1% of full scale.

  • High-Speed Capability:
Supports rotational speeds up to 10,000 rpm.

  • Anti-Vibration Design:
This design is resistant to shock and vibration, making it ideal for Clutch, impact, and pulse-type pneumatic tools.

  • Compact & Lightweight:
Easy integration into tool spindles, torque testers, or test benches.

  • Data Logging & Communication:
Real-time torque, angle, and temperature data can be logged or sent to controllers via Wi-Fi, RF, or Bluetooth.
